  • Order Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
  • Returns
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery.To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please contact our customer service via email to obtain a return address.
  • Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.  If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for returns due to consumer reasons are the responsibility of the consumer and are based on the courier company you choose.
If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost for this and the consumer will not be charged a return fee for the returned product.
